Now that school started I- like most teens- find myself getting stressed out and buried in homework. Here are 20 different ways I like taking a break after a few hours of doing homework.

  1. Listen to music
  2. Look for shapes in the clouds
  3. Take a short nap
  4. Take a bath
  5. Read a book
  6. Take deep breaths
  7. Make a journal entry
  8. Take a walk
  9. Find a snack
  10. Color or doodle
  11. Read/Write a poem
  12. Light a candle
  13. Talk to someone fun
  14. Coffee break!
  15. Do something you enjoy
  16. Go on a photography adventure around your house
  17. Look at the stars
  18. Dance around your room
  19. Go for a bike ride
  20. Update your blog
